Key Duties
- Act as the main liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to support daily operational coordination.
- Handle incoming enquiries, follow up on requests, and ensure timely communication of operational updates.
- Prepare, update, and maintain operational documents, reports, and records accurately.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, manpower arrangements, and operational activities as assigned.
- Support issue tracking and escalation, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company SOPs.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Prior experience in operations support, coordination, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external parties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with system updates.
- Organised, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team.
