Key Duties

  • Coordinate and support daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage schedules, requests, and operational requirements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update operational documents, reports, and records accurately in company systems.
  • Monitor operational issues or deviations, assist in troubleshooting, and elevate matters when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and service quality requirements while supporting ad-hoc operational tasks.
Requirement
  • Degree in Operations
  • At least 2 years of relevant operations coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with system data entry and reporting.
  • Good communication skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
