Location: Paya Lebar Square, Singapore
Employment Type: Permanent/Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to support our finance operations and general office administration. The successful candidate will be able to manage full-set accounting functions independently and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

• Handle full-set accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform monthly closing, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and internal management reports
• Assist with GST reporting and compliance matters
• Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
• Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of accounting records
• Operate and manage accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quick Books, SAP or similar systems)

• Provide general office administrative support
• Manage document handling, filing, and record-keeping
• Assist with payroll-related administrative matters when required
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management

• Diploma and above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Able to manage full-set accounts independently
• Familiar with accounting software systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and well-organised
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently
