Specialty

Family Medicine (w/o OB)

This practice is located in Bangor, Pennsylvania. It includes 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice clinicians. The practice is open M-F 7a-5p with call rotated with clinicians in the region. Patient slot durations are 40 minutes for new patients, wellness/preventative, TOC, and medical clearance, and 20 minutes for return patients and acute visits. Full-time is considered 36 patient-facing hours; part-time considered as well.

• LVPG primary care APCs provide care for their own patient panel and may see additional acute and follow-up patients as needed
• Call is shared with other practices in the region and goes to nurse triage first
