Overview
Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA. Situated on 26 acres, we offer inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults and older adults, and our services are designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems. At Pembroke Hospital, all positions begin and end with caring for the Patient.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital part of Pembroke Hospital’s multidisciplinary treatment team. With proper training, you will work with culturally and generationally diverse populations to meet their individual needs. You will be trained on psychiatric group processes, age-specific care, trauma informed care, therapeutic boundaries, and crisis intervention techniques.
Responsibilities- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
- Consistently identify patient needs
- Provide general and psychiatric patient care
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
- Document and communicate unusual changes in client behaviors
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Day Shift: 7am–3pm
- Evening Shift: 3pm–11pm; eligible for an $8,000 sign-on bonus
- Position availability:
Part Time (24 hrs/week) and Full Time (40 hrs/week) as listed per shift
- Student loan repayment - $200/month
