What will you be doingWe are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Registered Nurse for a 32‑40 hour position in the South Shore area.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care in the patient's home, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and working collaboratively with the patient’s physician to provide optimum home care. The Registered Nurse coordinates care and identifies the need for other services in the home. You will be required to travel/float throughout Pembroke, Duxbury, and Hanson areas.
Pay rate: $44/hr – $55/hr, based on experience.
What we’re looking for in you- Current Massachusetts Nursing license in good standing.
- Registered Nurse (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of nursing experience.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize and triage patients.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work within a team structure.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and understand how to access resources for patients.
