Clinic​/Practice Assistant, Call Center

We are seeking a full-time, 40‑hour Call Center Representative to join our team! The ideal schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Schedule appointments
• Answer patient inquiries and provide relevant information
• Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues
• Deliver timely, efficient, and high‑quality customer service

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong customer service experience
• Previous experience in a medical call center and/or medical office environment
• Experience in Microsoft Office strongly preferred
