Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. In this role, the Call Center Representative will support our multidisciplinary team by handling a high volume of inbound calls, averaging approximately 50-75 calls per day while providing exceptional service to our patients and ensuring their needs are met in an efficient and timely manner.

Required
- High school diploma or GED required
