Come thrive with us at Bridges by EPOCH  HIRING a Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) at our memory care community. This is an exciting opportunity to join our activities programming department and help enrich the lives of our residents daily!

FULL-TIME, 11am-7pm (30 hours per week). Some weekends are required.

• The Activities Assistant implements a wide array of programming for residents and helps keep residents engaged.
• Be flexible in offering support in other departments within the community as needed. Complete required paperwork.

• We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and outgoing person who can work independently. Must be dependable, reliable and highly motivated.
• Must have excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities.
• Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working and interacting with families in a customer-based Senior Living environment.
• Experience working in Senior Living preferred.
• Must be willing to transport/escort residents on community trips.
• Must be able to drive a large van.
