Support Worker – Pembrokeshire - Bangeston Hall - £12.60 to £12.80 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience
Full Time role day shifts - 45.5 hours per week

About Bangeston HallSituated in Pembroke Dock, Bangeston Hall is our largest home in Pembrokeshire, housing up to 17 adults. The main manor house has 10 bedrooms and ample communal space, complemented by a five-bed lodge and a two-bed home. The grounds feature a market garden, allotments, a polytunnel, a smallholding, and rooms for music and art, offering various opportunities for nature activities, life skills, and relaxation.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Encourage and support individuals in participating in community activities, leisure pursuits, and educational programs.
- Foster a positive, supportive environment that promotes independence and personal development.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards.
- A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Resilience and patience when faced with challenges, adapting to individual needs.
- A willingness to learn and follow guidance from the team.
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
- A full UK driving licence – essential for supporting our individuals with transport to appointments and activities.
- The right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining on your visa (if applicable).
- No experience needed — just passion, patience, and commitment.

This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
