Activities Champion at Cartref Cleddau, you will help create engaging activities for residents, support fundraising events, and build relationships with service users and their families.

• Formulate an activity profile for each individual service user through liaison with care staff
• Ensure the safe and proper use of all equipment.
• Maintain accurate and legible records of service users’ activities.
• Liaise with the senior nurse on duty regarding outings.
• Research prospective outings with regard to access and toileting facilities.
• Liaise with senior care assistants regarding medical or nursing care information for service users.
