Who we supportStep into a role that's as meaningful as it is heart warming. You'll be supporting a spirited young woman with complex care needs Kyphoscoliosis right in the comfort of her lovely home. Whether you join us for 12-hour day shifts or cosy waking nights, your presence will make all the difference. You'll be by her side with dignity and compassion helping with movement, personal care, and creating a calm and cheerful atmosphere.
On evening shifts, your quiet companionship will offer peace of mind and comfort. This is more than a job; it's connection, purpose, and care rolled into one beautiful experience.
Meet the client: A truly remarkable young woman who loves music, Disney films, and a good giggle. She loves to act the goat and her zest for life and infectious laugh are uplifting. Her home is her sanctuary and we want you to feel part of the family. Bring your slippers and settle in. Evening shifts are peaceful with plenty of time to read, watch movies or brush up on new skills while staying nearby if she needs you.
Whatyou'll be working
- Choose from 12-hour day shifts (8am-8pm) or waking nights (8pm-8am)
- Full-time, part-time, or casual – we’re flexible so your schedule can fit your life
- You set your availability each month, putting you in charge of your work‑life balance

- Passionate about allowing client to exercise choice and control over their own lives as far as they are able in everyday matters as much as possible
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn about different cultures and beliefs
- Maintain professional boundaries with the client and their family members, adhering to direction from the care manager as appropriate
- Excellent training from our Learning Hub and clinical training from our nurses
- Paid DBS check
