This is a full-time hybrid role for a TTP GOLD or ICATS Blaster Sprayer at Ledwood Protective coatings. The primary responsibilities include preparing surfaces by blasting, applying protective coatings with sprayers, and ensuring work meets high-quality standards in line with project requirements. Candidates must follow all safety and environmental protocols to maintain compliance during processes.

• Expertise in applying protective coatings, including specialist knowledge of blasting techniques and sprayer operations
• Proven experience in protective coating and industrial application work within oil, gas, or energy-related industries
• Comprehensive understanding of safety procedures, environmental considerations, and industrial standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team while maintaining independence when performing assigned tasks
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Relevant certifications such as TTP GOLD or ICATS certification are essential
• Thermal spray aluminium skill is highly desired
• Past experience working on industrial or large-scale projects is highly desirable
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding, hands‑on role in accordance with safety guidelines
