Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior formulators in the research and development of new products.
• Conduct basic calculations related to concentration, percentages, density, and costs to assist in formulation processes.
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating raw materials for product development.
• Participate in the development and optimization of product formulations.
• Work closely with multiple departments, clients, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of formulation experiments and results.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company standards in product development processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting formulation-related issues and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, food science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a laboratory, formulator, R&D, or regulatory role in nutraceutical, pharma, OTC, or cosmetic industry.
• Proficiency in basic calculations related to formulation processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment under the guidance of senior formulators.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
