We're looking for a proven B2B sales hunter to join Exit Factor of Des Moines. You'll fill the pipeline with qualified business owners, close Exit Assessments, and build a referral network that generates consistent opportunities. If you're self-directed, love networking, and close with confidence—this role offers unlimited earning potential in an untapped market.
What You'll DoYou own three things: generate leads, close deals, and nurture relationships. That means consistent presence at business owner events, strategic Linked In outreach, and cultivating Power Partners (CPAs, wealth advisors, M&A brokers, attorneys) who send you warm referrals. Once in front of a qualified prospect, you present the Exit Assessment, handle objections, and close.
Your target is one Exit Assessment per week—52+ annually.
What Success Looks LikeYour pipeline math: 16–20 conversations weekly → 8 qualified → 2 discovery meetings → 1 closed Exit Assessment. You maintain 40%+ close rates, 75%+ show rates, and 24-hour response times. You build 20+ active Power Partner relationships generating 2–4 referrals per month. Everything lives in Hub Spot—clean, current, complete.
What You Bring10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services. You're a natural networker with genuine follow-up discipline. You're commission-only comfortable, hunter-minded, and don't need external pressure to hit your numbers. Discovery questioning, consultative closing, and CRM discipline are second nature.
Compensation1099 Independent Contractor. Commission-only.
Required training: UFG ($495, your cost within 90 days), Sell It (included), Exit Factor Annual Conference (registration covered, travel your responsibility).
