The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, traveling to meet clients, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing product training and support to customers and dealers. The Regional Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to provide insights into market trends and customer needs.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Pella, IA.

• Sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, including the ability to present technical solutions to diverse audiences
• Market research and strategic planning skills to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
• Adept at providing training and support to customers and dealers
• Experience in the industrial or construction equipment industry is beneficial
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel regularly and work on‑site in Pella, IA
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
