Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently

* Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness

* Stay updated on new products and complete assigned tasks

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented

* Cheerful, positive attitude with a love for serving others

* Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills

* Able to work independently and in a team environment

* Flexible schedule availability

* Ability to lift and carry 15-50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods
