Description
Central College Facilities Management department is looking for help this summer.
- Assistance with yard and ground care - mowing, trimming, seeding, landscaping, planting, and watering
- Operation of equipment - tractors, mowers, spreaders, push mowers, backpack blower
- Assistance with event set-up on campus
- Assistance with deliveries, office and furniture moves, and resident housing bed bunking
- Assist technicians with projects around campus
- Clean shops and mechanical rooms
- Wash and clean fleet vehicles
- Ability to lift 25 independently and up to 75 pounds with a partner
- Knowledge of outdoor lawn maintenance equipment or ability to be trained to operate
- Ability to work hours outside in an Iowa summer
- Responsible and safe work ethic with good decision making skills
- May work independently or with a team
- 18+ and clean driving required to operate Central College vehicles and golf carts
