• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 10 months of Ambulatory Clinic (LPN) experience.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program:
  Medefis Program - Pella Regional Health (Non-MSP - VMS).

• 3 years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care
• Acute care and/or Home Health nursing for cardiac or diabetic patients – or prior phone triage, ER triage, MD office triage, combined Adult/Pediatric experience

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program

• Membership in a professional organization or certification in a specialty
