Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Our client is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the assembly department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Pella, IA

Pay Range: $18.00/hour

Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (OT until 4:30pm), Monday through Friday

• Perform light assembly functions on production lines to meet daily production schedules
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards, including 6S practices
• Report defective materials or conditions to supervisors promptly
• Use measuring equipment accurately to ensure product quality

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Previous related experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift
