Finance Manager

This can be a full-time or part time on-site role located in Pella, IA, for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, prepare and analyze financial reports, develop budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the role includes monitoring cash flow, managing accounts, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making. Coordination with the leadership team and other departments will be an integral part of daily responsibilities.

• Strong understanding of Financial Analysis, Budget Development, and Strategic Financial Planning
• Proficiency in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Tax Compliance
• Advanced skills in Financial Reporting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management
• Proficient in Quick Books
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• 2 year degree or BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  Quick Books certified or experience is required.
• Proven experience in a similar financial management role, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
