• Provide nursing supervision, coordination, and evaluation of day‑to‑day nursing activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in the state.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and be willing to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long‑term care community is preferred.
