Opportunity Overview:
Complete Health is seeking a compassionate and driven Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our physician-driven, technology-enabled primary care team in the Birmingham/Pell City area. This is an exciting chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a thriving outpatient setting that combines primary care, diagnostics, imaging, urgent care, and on-site pharmacy services.
Complete Health-Pell City is recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), a model designed to put patients at the forefront of care. PCMHs foster stronger relationships between patients and clinical care teams, improve quality and satisfaction, and reduce healthcare costs, while supporting staff in delivering their best care.
Responsibilities- Provide outpatient primary care in a physician-driven, technology-enabled team in the Birmingham/Pell City area, integrating primary care, diagnostics, imaging, urgent care, and on-site pharmacy services.
- Collaborate within a PCMH framework to build strong relationships between patients and the care team, focusing on quality, satisfaction, and cost-effective care.
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician qualification (as applicable).
- Residency Stipend: Up to $50,000 for early commitment.
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary ($240K for new grads; $275K for practicing physicians) plus monthly productivity bonus, value-based patient incentives, and biannual surplus distributions.
- Sign-On Bonus & Relocation: Negotiable, fully supported through a relocation specialist.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance, paid malpractice, 401K with employer match, CME allowance ($2,500 + 5 paid days per year), generous vacation (20 days + 7 holidays + 1 floating holiday).
