Service Technician

This is a full-time remote role for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing on-site maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems. Key tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing professional customer service, and ensuring equipment performs at optimal levels. The role will also involve regular field visits to residential and commercial locations, as well as maintaining accurate service records and following safety standards.

• Experience with Maintenance & Repair of HVAC systems
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Field Service operations, including on-site technical tasks
• Excellent Customer Service and communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a remote setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits
• EPA certification and prior HVAC experience are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
