Vulcan Steel Products is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Birmingham.
This is an entry-level inside sales role designed to develop future outside sales professionals. The position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn the steel industry, build strong customer relationships, and grow into a long-term sales role.
In this role you will:- Support inside and outside sales reps with quotes, orders, and customer communication
- Build relationships with customers and identify new opportunities
- Learn Vulcan’s steel products and markets
- Work closely with sales, operations, and production teams
We are looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit, takes ownership, is organized, and eager to build a career in sales.
This role offers hands‑on training, mentorship, and a clear path toward outside sales or account management.
