Ally Psychiatry is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic and growing team in Birmingham, Alabama
. This position offers a balanced inpatient and outpatient caseload within a supportive, collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality mental health care.

Requirements
Qualifications- Must possess a minimum of a Master of Science in Nursing.
- Those six years are composed of a 4-year undergraduate nursing program followed by a 2-year nurse practitioner master's program that includes psychiatric nursing.
- Must have or pursuing a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
- Prior experience in providing mental health counseling services within a clinical setting
- Must possess a State License to practice Nursing and it must be in good standing.
- Must possess the knowledge base in health promotion maintenance, advanced pathophysiology, advanced health assessment and pharmacology for advanced practice nurses.
- Must possess the following concepts: individual and family psychotherapy, psychiatric-mental health nursing across the lifespan, advanced assessment in psychiatric-mental health nursing and psychopharmacology.
