• Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized dietary plans.
• Implement and adapt menus to meet patients' special dietary requirements.
• Conduct calorie counts and recommend appropriate adjustments.
• Educate patients on healthy eating habits and post-discharge nutrition plans.
• Communicate with physicians and other disciplines in patient care.
• Document pertinent information in the patient's medical record according to established standards.

• Registered Dietitian (R.D.) and state licensure.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Food & Nutrition from an accredited institution.
• One year of clinical dietetics experience preferred.
• Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics preferred.
