The QIO Coordinator will field incoming and outgoing calls for all potential customers that are relocating under the consumer channel and assist with booking moves.
**** Essential Functions and Duties:
***** Set appointments with customers for Coleman branch offices
* Assist with managing multiple calendars
* Notify Moving Consultants of their appointments via email or phone
* Document of all tasks and records that are updated
* Assist branches with management of sales leads
* Utilize multiple computer programs to coordinate the many components of an international move
**** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
***** Computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and general internet capabilities, as well as company software
* Organizational skills
* Good telephone etiquette
* Good interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service skills

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or GED
* Preferred:
Prior call center experience
