• Drive engagement delivery by gathering and analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, developing recommendations, and presenting findings to client managers and executives
• Own and manage a full workstream from start to finish, coordinating with others for interdependencies

• Support internal initiatives including learning and development and team gatherings
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice in a consulting environment
• At least 1 year of management experience or experience leading teams/projects
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple businesses
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills

• Master’s Degree
• 1 year of aggregate project experience in the Healthcare industry (payor and/or provider)
• Lean Six Sigma or Human Centered Design (HCD) certification
• Familiarity with exponential technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI)
• Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and PowerPoint mediums
