Bilingual, Customer Service Rep
The University of North Alabama is accepting applications for the position of Customer Service Representative in Student Financial Aid. This position is responsible for providing support to the entire student financial aid (SFA) team.
Responsibilities- Serve as an administrative officer
- Handle telephone traffic
- General filing and archiving of files
- Specific administrative support for the office as a whole
Applicants with a degree will be hired at grade 512 and placed in the salary scale accordingly dependent upon their experience. Applicants without a degree will be hired at grade 513 and placed accordingly. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Minimum Requirements- High school diploma/equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Two years of related experience required
