• Manage day-to-day operations of social media efforts for agents and policyholders
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content and creative concepts for projects
• Conduct competitive, industry, and digital trend research to inform campaign strategies
• Organize and assist with product and agent training marketing materials
• Attend and support various agency-related events and meetings

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools

• Familiarity with insurance products, terminology, and core business concepts
• Experience with reviewing campaign and social performance using dashboards or basic reports
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing communications initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve a variety of problems
• Experience in a fast-paced marketing environment
