Elabram Systems is hiring a Radio Network Design Engineer to lead RF planning and design for high‑capacity wireless networks across GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and 5G technologies. This role is critical for delivering optimized network solutions and supporting next‑generation deployments.

As a Radio Network Design Engineer, you will perform end‑to‑end RF planning and design, including link budgets, coverage analysis, and parameter optimization. You will utilize advanced planning tools and provide technical guidance to less experienced team members. This position offers exposure to cutting‑edge technologies such as VoLTE and IoT, along with opportunities to work on Ericsson products and competitive solutions.

• ✓ Perform RF planning and design for GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and 5G networks.
• ✓ Prepare HLD/DLD, link budgets, CDD/CDR, and neighbor analysis.
• ✓ Utilize RF/GIS tools like Mentum Planet, Map Info, and drive test analysis tools (TEMS, Actix).
• ✓ Provide technical support and training to junior engineers.
• ✓ Analyze site investigation reports and external interference for site selection.
• ✓ Support RFP preparation and customer discussions on RF planning and design.
• ✓ Review and update network design documents and recommend improvements.

• ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, MIS, or related field.
• ✓ Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in radio network planning and design (GSM/LTE/UMTS/5G).
• ✓ Strong understanding of RF engineering principles and cellular technologies.
• ✓ Hands‑on experience with RF planning tools (Mentum Planet, Map Info) and drive test tools (TEMS, Actix).
• ✓ Knowledge of Ericsson hardware/software features and site configurations.
• ✓ Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access for data processing.
• ✓ Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

• ✓ Familiarity with IoT and VoLTE planning.
• ✓ Exposure to tools like BO, EDOS, and other post‑processing platforms.
• ✓ Knowledge of OHS regulations and compliance standards.
• ✓ Ability to provide technical guidelines and customer support.
