We are seeking a highly skilled Hemodialysis Nurse to deliver superior outpatient dialysis services in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Required Skills:

Valid active RN license in the state of Texas Minimum of 2 years of dialysis experience BLS and CPR certification Strong assessment and medication administration skills Ability to develop and implement care plans

Experience with Braun dialog dialysis machines and CKG-TIME EMR Excellent patient care and communication skills Nice to Have

Skills:

Prior experience with foot checks and patient education Knowledge of outpatient dialysis workflows and protocols Comfort working in a fast-paced medical environment Preferred

Education and Experience:

Licensed RN with proven proficiency in dialysis patient management At least 2 years of relevant hemodialysis experience in an outpatient setting Other Requirements:
Ability to work 36-hour weekly schedule encompassing three 11-hour shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Availability for a mandatory monthly staff meeting (generally on a Tuesday) Flexibility to work shifts from 5:00 am to 5:30 pm or 7:00 am to 7:30 pm based on census Willingness to adhere to infection control and safety protocols, including vaccine status awareness as required No weekend or holiday shifts unless falling on designated MWF schedule This position offers a pay rate of $60.30 per hour along with excellent benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws, and reimbursed licensure, certification, travel, and other related expenses.
