- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands‑on component – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire, if necessary
- TB skin test current within the last 12 months
- Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
