As a Field Specialist, you'll play a vital role with our customers. You will lead installation and maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe and compliant installations. You will be the onsite expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions.

As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing projects to completion and communicating updates to internal and external customers
• Providing instruction and supervision to junior field engineers on day‑to‑day wellsite work and activities
• Communicating technical guidance and advice to customers and third‑party wellsite colleagues
• Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at well sites
• Ensuring work is verified to enable successful customer delivery and sign‑off of agreed work objectives

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a High School Diploma (required)
• Have 3‑5 years’ experience with good mechanical aptitude
• Have demonstrated excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers
• Be able to demonstrate good hands‑on knowledge of directional drilling
• Have demonstrated experience of leading, mentoring and motivating teams in a technical environment
• Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
• Be able to work in a variety of environments including on‑shore facilities and customer locations
• Be willing to gain industry experience and undergo product line training
