Our Upstream Chemicals team oversees our chemical technology solutions for hydrocarbon production, transportation, and processing. We are a leader in oil and water separation technology and in solutions to control corrosion, deposition, bacteria. We provide chemicals and support to enhance plant processes, improve productivity, ensure water treatment, and resolve environmental issues.

The Account Manager is responsible for contributing to the maintenance, repairs and refurbishments on the customer's facility.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining chemical field inventory
• Handling customer expectations through immediate and timely problem solving
• Understanding client needs in an operating and (technical) sales support to realize sales
• Undertaking field service work on client's operations
• Servicing pumps in the field
• Undertaking lab analysis
• Managing maintenance services onsite (preventive and remedial)
• Managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Upstream Chemicals and Oil & Gas
• Be mechanically inclined
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and explain to both clients and upper management effectively and clearly
• Have a solid understanding of the Upstream Chemicals business through work experience

• This role is working with our customers on-site
• We recognize that the ideal candidate for this position may not be local to the Cathead area. Because of this, we are happy to offer domestic relocation assistance to those that qualify. (Relocation packages vary depending on a candidate's living situation)
• There are 'commutable' available for this position, allowing you to commute from a further residence to the worksite when needed
