We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our care services.
Position Overview:
As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our domiciliary care services. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support, while also maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of care staff
Develop and implement care plans for clients, ensuring their individual needs and preferences are met
Conduct regular assessments and reviews of clients' care needs
Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Liaise with external healthcare professionals, as well as clients' families and loved ones
Manage the budget and resources for the care services
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care provided
Requirements:
Registered Manager's Award or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within the care sector
In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
Proficient in IT and record-keeping
Passion for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals
