Technician HVAC 2 – Service Center, Pearland, TX

• You’ll be based out of our Pearland, TX service center and work in the Central Repair Shop.
• Opportunities for overtime and weekends, with potential for travel.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of HVAC equipment of various sizes.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and possibly customer locations, and handle the repairs.
• Work alone or teamed with another technician(s) to set up and operate equipment at the shop.

High School/GED

Technician

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent work history.
• 5+ years of experience working on Commercial HVAC, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Experience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage, along with reading and understanding schematics.
• Ability to move or lift objects typically less than 50 lbs.
