Unarmed Security Officer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors and/or visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access guidelines and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential amenities, common areas, parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor for suspicious or unusual conditions, address minor issues within scope, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Control access through gates and/or entrances as assigned, verify authorization when required, and document entries, exits and/or rule violations per post orders;
Complete routine reports, incident documentation and activity logs, and communicate observations and escalations to Allied Universal management and/or site representatives
