Provide customer service to guests and store associates by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Carry and maintain assigned firearm and related equipment in accordance with state requirements, post orders, and Allied Universal policies.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify suspicious conditions.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, using de-escalation techniques and coordinating with law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed.;
Complete detailed security-related reports, incident documentation, and shift logs; communicate observations and/or concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
