We are seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our team at Koza's Inc. in Pearland, TX. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing sales accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role involves daily communication with clients to understand their needs, providing solutions through the company's services, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is an on-site role, requiring effective teamwork and commitment to excellence.

• Strong sales and account management skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in identifying business opportunities and developing sales strategies
• Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience in advertising, marketing, or specialty sales is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
