Entry Level Consultant Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with clients and customers.
• Consult with clients to ensure service offerings are suitable for their unique needs.
• Collect financial details and input information in CRM.
• Work with and guide customers toward financial services and debt relief solutions that fit their individual situations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality as you will be dealing with sensitive and private customer information.

Qualifications:

• A team player who is motivated and has excellent organizational and communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience working directly with customers.
• Working knowledge of interest rates, credit cards, personal loans, etc. is an asset.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
