Uptown Cheapskate Pearland is seeking a Purpose Driven Assistant Manager to lead the store, manage inventory, and create a shopping experience that is fresh, fast-paced, and fashion-forward. • Provide exceptional customer service - "Ritz of Thrift"
• Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software
• Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising
• Work with Store Leader to help meet store goals
• Assist leading our team of 12-18 people daily
• Run the UC Pearland store with passion and enthusiasm
• Fill-in for teammate call-outs when needed
• Bring a positive attitude to work daily
• Must have weekend availability

Compensation: $14.50 – $19.00 per hour

Uptown Cheapskate is an exciting retail store concept that sells quality clothing brands at affordable prices. Every month, our franchise stores buy and resell thousands of clothing items that have been gently used at a fraction of the prices originally charged. That’s why Uptown Cheapskate is such an effective idea that resonates with customers of every income bracket and style persuasion.

Our stores feel more like a boutique than a thrift shop, allowing more people to feel comfortable shopping second-hand. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
