We’re looking for a Purpose Driven Assistant Manager who’s ready to take ownership of the store — leading the team, managing inventory, and creating a shopping experience that’s fresh, fast‑paced, and fashion‑forward. • Provide exceptional customer service - "Ritz of Thrift"
• Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software.
• Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising.
• Work with Store Leader to help meet store goals.
• Assist leading our team of 12-18 people daily.
• Run the UC Pearland store with passion and enthusiasm!
• Fill-in for teammate call-outs when needed.
• Bring a positive attitude to work daily.
• Must have weekend availability.
