AboutThe Role
In this role, you will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service. You will be an expert in product knowledge and use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire, and outfit the customer. You will provide information on current merchandise, store promotions, and events, and execute operational processes effectively and efficiently. Your goal is to bring our brand to life for our customers while building brand loyalty and delivering productivity.
WhatYou'll Do
- Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors and leverage these with every customer to provide a premium experience.
- Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently; answer questions quickly and accurately.
- Offer style and outfit suggestions, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration.
- Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
- Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
- Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house processes as required.
- Be courteous and responsive to internal and external requests.
- Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.
- A good communicator who effectively uses technology and engages with customers and team members to meet goals.
- A problem solver focused on continuous improvement, open to feedback, and proactive in taking action.
- Courteous and professional in handling customer interactions and concerns.
- Skilled in basic information gathering to solve problems.
- Able to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.
