• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dish and prep areas clean, safe, and organized
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen
• Assist with food prep: chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and stocking stations
• Support cooks and kitchen staff to keep service moving smoothly
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

• Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8-12 hour shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Working knowledge of sanitation procedures
• Flexible schedules with AM and PM shifts available.
