Overview
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Pearland, TX and surrounding areas. Flexible/dependable scheduling.

Pay Range: $25-$37/hr
Responsibilities- Direct, one-on-one medical care for patients in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care among the care team and family members.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Participate in preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for the patient.
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new grads welcome; training provided).
- Experience providing care in a client home setting is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and make a positive, lasting impression.
