• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Valid LVN/LPN license

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document per Cantex Clinical Policies and state/federal guidelines.
• Enter EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition following nursing practice standards.
• Ensure implementation of care plans and administered medications/treatments as prescribed.
• Assign duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by CNA staff to maintain patient well‑being.

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid LVN/LPN license
