• Provide technical support to sales associates regarding cutting tools.
• Searches for emerging technologies in the cutting tool industry that will enhance the product offering.
• Determine new technology fit with existing product line.
• Look for opportunities to expand product offerings.
• Develop strategic product plans.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 5+ years of experience in the cutting tool industry.
• Background in industrial products (cutting tools, abrasives, etc.).
• Able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
• Track record of managing a category across divisions/companies.
• Deep knowledge of pricing methodologies and relevant competitive markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
