Purpose:

Assist in on‑site leadership of campus custodial operations. Clean and maintain district facilities using routine procedures to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building operations.

• Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.

• Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, wet/dry vacuums, and other small electrical tools.

• Execute minor building repairs and maintain equipment as required.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols when handling toxic cleaning supplies.

• Maintain daily cleanliness standards across all school venues.

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to interface with staff and community.
• Knowledge of basic techniques of minor building repairs.
• Knowledge of handling toxic cleaning supplies.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment.
• Criminal history check.

• Experience in custodial work.

Posture: Frequent standing, sitting, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting.
Motion: Frequent walking, climbing stairs/ladders, grasping/squeezing, wrist flexion/extension, reaching, and overhead reaching.
Lifting: Heavy lifting and carrying between Memoised 20‑80 lbs. daily.
Environment: Work outside and inside, on slippery or uneven walking surfaces; exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures, dust, toxic chemicals, and materials; requires work on ladders or lift, irregular hours, occasional prolonged hours.
Mental Demands: Maintain emotional control under stress and flexibility in time schedules.
